Adds the AGENTS.md convention documenting the new main branch protection (enable_push: false, set via API 2026-10-02): all changes land through reviewed PRs; auto-deploy deploys merges only. Also documents how the runner's .runner gets re-armed (repo-level registration-token API, --config so it lands in the dataDir). Docs-only; CI eval runs on this PR.
