WiFi clients currently time out on http://192.168.0.30:3080: the host firewall only ACCEPTs 192.168.0.0/24. Adds the second iptables rule (same pattern as the .0/24 one; caddy/forgejo untouched — this is still not publicly routed).

Same loopback-free host-netns setup as .0/24; the source list was the
only thing keeping WiFi clients out (drop -> timeout, no listener).
